Q. What's discount about Discount Voice Broadcasting? A. Our prices for sure. Definitely not our customer service. Q. Exactly what do you do? A. Standard voice broacasting campaigns for clients who have their own lists and can provide their own messages. We help people who are knowledgable and experienced save money on their voice broadcasting needs. We can do "Live Only", "Answering Machine Only", or "Any Answer" campaigns. "Live Only" and "Any Answer" campaigns can include a "press to connect" function. And we supply live Web-based reports on all activity. Q. What do you NOT do? A. Some things you can easily do for yourself or have someone do for you for a lot less than the amount you are going to save by using us rather than one of our competitors. Q. What do you charge? A. 1.2 cents per completed call of 30 seconds or less. That's 2,000 for $24.00, 5,000 calls for $60.00, 10,000 calls for $120, or 50,000 calls for $600. Plus $50 flat for the job, which is waived on lists of over 100,000 numbers. Q. How precisely can I schedule the calling? A. Quite precisely. You may run a call campaign at different times in a single day or spread it out over multiple days so your staff is adequately prepared to take incoming calls. Our service will automatically organize your voice messages and call lists into call campaigns. Call campaigns will then be scheduled, modified, reused and compared to get you the results you want. Q. What if you run a "press to connect" campaign for me and more people "press" and connect to me than I have the capacity to handle? A. What a great problem to have! Record ask for name name, have number, Or throttle back... We loose prime time??????? Q. What about the "Do Not Call" list? A. It is your responsibility to make sure all residential numbers are checked against the "Do Not Call" list. Q. Must my list of phone numbers be in some special format? A. What's really special about ASCII, comma delimited, tab delimited, or an Excel spreadsheet?. Q. Can you make repeat calls for me? A. Yes. You can give us a list and after we dial it, we'll remove those who "pressed to connect" or opted out and then dial it again on whatever day you specify. No extra charge. We apppreciate your repeat business Q. What caller ID will those who answer my calls see? A. Whatever number you choose. Q. How do you handle people who want off my list? A. If you want, we can give people the option to be removed from your list by pressing a specified number. Q. Do you work with re-sellers? A. Happily. But only those who are experienced and know what they are doing. Q. Am I get charged if there is no answer or a busy signal? A. You will not be charged for busy signals or non-answered calls. And we automatically dial non-answerering numbers a second time. Q. How quickly can I get my campaign going? A. Pretty fast. Within a day or two after an account is established. Then we can work with you over time to meet your needs. But not as fast as some of our much more expensive competitors. We prefer to work with people who can look and plan ahead. It's more efficient, hence a better deal all around. Q. How do you make the calls? A. We use a Web-based auto dialer. Our system is top of the line, all Cisco. Q. How do you want to be paid? A. In advance. We accept credit cards, but prefer a check or wire transfer of funds. Anything but cash. |
